Refund Policy

All hosting plans include a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account. Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services such as IP Addresses nor does it apply to Domains.

Any request for cancellation within 30 days must be received via the Support Desk and you will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account. Cancellations over the telephone and informal email are not accepted.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by Icene for violating our TOS or AUP do not qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming or IRC use, you will not be given any refund.

The Refund Policy for all of our Social Marketing Packages is 2 days after the work is completed. The customer will not be given Refund for Facebook/Twitter Marketing for failure to comply with special requests such as the location of the Facebook members (as it is impossible to control who actually likes your page). In addition Icene is not liable for Facebook members, it is not controlled by us who Likes your page.

Clients may cancel their Social Marketing package at any time, and be eligible for a full refund, prolonging they remove the number of Likes we have given so far.

As we are not an affiliate with YouTube so we cannot determine the fixed time for the views to be delivered as YouTube has its own update period of time. Even if we deliver the views we cannot make sure they are updated with YouTube, it can take up anywhere from 1-12 weeks.

If you have previously cancelled an account and received a refund under this guarantee you cannot re-order and still be covered by the guarantee. All subsequent orders are final and no refunds will be given.

If you cancel your account a refund will be processed within 7 days of your cancellation, it may take a further 4 days for this to show on your credit card statement or in your PayPal account.

If a dispute is raised with your credit card company or PayPal then no refunds will be issued until the dispute is settled. Raising a dispute or requesting a chargeback will only slow down the process of receiving a refund and we ask you contact us to obtain the facts regarding your refund before taking such action.

When you cancel your Icene account your hosting package, backups & all other information will be immediately removed from our servers and your account in the billing center will be disabled, this is for legal and security reasons.
